Scholarships Florida League of IB Schools is proud sponsors of scholarships for students. TheChallenge Scholarship is given to a student who has triumphed over significant adversity and continued to fulfill every aspect of the International Baccalaureate Program. Nominations are limited to IB Diploma candidates from schools outside of Florida, which have sent participants to any of the 2009 FLIBS Teacher Training Workshops. This is a scholarship of $2,000.00 to be awarded to an IB Diploma Student. Florida Student are also recognized by the Florida League of IB Schools and given scholarships. Applicants must be IB Diploma candidates from schools that are official FLIBS members in good standing. Two applications from each school are accepted each year for merit or need based. The Scholarship Committee reviews applications and announces awards no later than December 31. Awards up to $2000 are made directly to the recipient.
