- I am an IB coordinator. Can I register more than one teacher at a time?
Currently, each teacher has to be entered separately. Once you finish a registration, click on the "Register Another Teacher" button. Enter the email of the new teacher. General information from the previous registration will be pre-populated to simplify the process. Each teacher will be assigned a separate registration number.
- What if I don't have a PO or check?
You may reserve a seat in our workshop and you will receive a Notice of Enrollment. Payment must be received within 30 days of the original enrollment date, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Payments are accepted through the on-line payment system in the form of all major credit cards, ACH check payments and purchase orders.
Check Requests or purchase orders may be sent via fax to 850-391-6212 or email to info@flibs.org or visit our contact form. We also accept wire transfers, money orders and checks by mail to: FLIBS Accounts Receivable, Post Office Box 10089, Tallahassee, Florida 32302 (USA).
- I need to send some people to training, but I don't know who can attend. Can I just reserve some seats?
We require that you enter a name and e-mail address for each participant. However, this information can be changed at a later date. The seat will be confirmed once FLIBS has received a payment via credit card, check or purchase order. No workshop seats will be held beyond 30 days of the original registration date without payment.
- What if I register someone and they change their mind or cannot attend?
We have a cancellation policy that is outlined in the guidelines section of each workshop. As long as the cancellation is in writing and is submitted before the deadline, there are no cancellation penalties. Attendee substitutions within the same subject area are permitted at no charge.
