How to Register
Step 1 - Review Guidelines
- From our home page, click on the Register Now - Teacher Training Workshops.
- Find the workshop you wish to register for and click on it.
- When you have read the information and policies about the workshop, click the Register Now button.
Step 2 - Register Now
- You will come to a page with a blank field for the attendee's email address. Enter the email address. Please click on the Proceed button.
- If you are registering an attendee, please enter your IB/Curriculum Coordinators email address. This data can be duplicated and used for multiple registrations.
- The next screen will have a blank field for name, address and school information. If the attendee's email address is already in the registration system, his/her information will automatically be entered in the fields. Please verify all of the information. Once all of the contact information is entered, select the subject from the drop-down menu and enter the experience level for the attendee.
- If you would like to register another teacher, click Register Another Teacher. You will be prompted for that teacher's email address. Enter the email and click Proceed. If it is a new email, the system will automatically enter the school information from the previous registration. You will only need to enter the personal information and select the Subject and Experience Levels. Continue this process until all of your teachers are entered into the system.
- Review the cancellation policy then click on the button that says I have read and agreed to the policies.
Step 3 - Pay Now
- You can pay now to confirm your workshop seat(s). Click this button to process your online payment with a valid credit card, bank account, or purchase order. A receipt for payment will be sent to the registrant's or coordinator's email address.
- If you are not prepared to pay now online, please check the following options: Pay Later On-Line or Pay Later by Mail
- Registrants will receive a Notice of Enrollment letter. A workshop final confirmation letter will be sent when payment is received by FLIBS.
- Registrants, Coordinators, School Districts or Purchasing Officers may re-enter the online payment system at a later time with your Customer ID number to complete your payment processing. The Customer ID number is the workshop registration number.
- Once the workshop has reached minimum required size, you will receive via email a final confirmation letter from the workshop manager indicating that you may make your travel arrangements.
