PreparationAll workshop participants should bring their Final Confirmation email and check-in form that will be emailed prior to the workshop. This is a paperless workshop. Subject guides are available to all participants on MY IB. Graduate CreditIBO has allowed Kent State University to offer IB teachers graduate education credit for IB workshops they complete at IB PYP, MYP and DP professional development conferences. The cost for 1 graduate credit is $220. In order to register for this opportunity, please visit the following website: http://www.kent.edu/ehhs/offices/pd/international-baccalaureate. Travel & AccommodationsWorkshop participants are expected to make their own travel and hotel reservations. All sessions are held at The Tradewinds Island Grand Resort, 5500 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706. We encourage participants to take advantage of the special group rates FLIBS secures with the resort. To secure the FLIBS group rate, you must book your room by the hotel reservation deadline for this workshop. Otherwise, all hotel reservations are subject to higher room rates.
IMPORTANT: Please do not purchase your non-refundable airfare until FLIBS has sent you a Final Confirmation email. FLIBS reserves the right to withdraw any session due to low enrollment. This number is required to re-enter the registration system, and to read, print or pay your invoice online via credit card. Receipts for online payments are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided.

FLIBS receives a high volume of telephone calls and email messages. The best way to reach us is by sending email to info@flibs.org. We will respond to all queries within 2-3 business days between the hours of 9am-4pm (eastern standard time) Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and all US national holidays.
Please note that effective January 1, 2023, FLIBS will charge a 4% procesing fee for all credit card payments.
NOTE: Canceling your registration will result in a $50 service fee, regardless of whether or not we have received payment.
If you cancel within 15 business days of the workshop, you will only receive a 50% refund of the current registration fee or equivalent credit for future FLIBS workshop. If you have not yet paid, FLIBS will bill you for 50% of the current registration fee.
